QUALITY ENHANCEMENT CELL (QEC)
Investing in Quality through the ownership of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and Quality Enhancement (QE) practices, Brains Institute aims to become a premier global center of excellence in education, research, and development. The institute has implemented its own quality assurance regimen and adheres to the quality assurance guidelines set by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to ensure continuous improvement in quality and research.
With a commitment to Quality as its core principle and Excellence in higher education as a strategic goal, Brains Institute has advanced its mission by establishing the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). This initiative has driven bold efforts to achieve, manage, and enhance quality across all levels of the institution, including university management, academics, and administration. The QEC, a vital part of Brains Institute’s management structure, is dedicated to the effective implementation of Quality Standards, Quality Assurance processes, and Management Systems. It continually reviews progress to enhance quality in line with the institute’s Quality Policy.
To achieve this, the QEC has focused on fostering a quality-oriented mindset throughout the university among students, faculty, and management—to ensure that a culture of quality is a core practice at Brains Institute.
Since its establishment, the QEC team at Brains Institute has worked to make all stakeholders aware of the benefits of the Quality Assurance program, which is a Continuous Improvement Process aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching, programs, curricula, and research. The QEC is actively involved in promoting a quality mindset across the university, ensuring that a culture of excellence is deeply embedded in every aspect of the institute’s operations.
