SCHOLARSHIP POLICY

Scholarships 

BRAINS INSTITUTE PESHAWAR is committed to providing equal access to education for deserving students. In line with HEC policy, government initiatives, and institutional values, BRAINS offers and facilitates fully funded and need-based scholarships for eligible students.

As per HEC guidelines, 10% of seats are reserved for need-based scholarships. In addition, students can benefit from government, foundation, and BRAINS own endowment scholarships.

Workers Welfare Fund Scholarship

Workers Welfare Fund Scholarship

The Workers Welfare Fund Scholarship is provided for children of registered industrial and mine workers through the Workers Welfare Board.

Eligibility

  • Parent must be registered with Workers Welfare Board
  • Student must be enrolled at BRAINS Institute
  • Must meet academic and financial criteria of WWB

Application Procedure

  1. Apply through the Workers Welfare Board (WWB)
  2. Submit required academic and worker registration documents
  3. Verification is conducted by WWB
  4. Approved cases are forwarded to BRAINS Institute
  5. Scholarship funds are released as per WWB policy

Coverage

This is a fully funded scholarship, covering tuition fees as approved by WWB.

Frontier Education Foundation (FEF) Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Frontier Education Foundation (FEF) provides scholarships to talented and needy students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa studying in recognized institutions.

Eligibility

  • Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  • Admission in a recognized institute like BRAINS
  • Must fulfill merit and financial need criteria

Application Procedure

  1. Apply online through the FEF official website
  2. Submit academic and financial documents
  3. Shortlisting and verification by FEF
  4. Final approval and fund disbursement

Coverage

This is a fully funded scholarship, as per FEF rules.

 

HEC Need-Based Scholarship 

About the Scholarship

In accordance with HEC policy, BRAINS Institute reserves 10% of total seats for need-based scholarships.

  • Financially deserving students
  • Must meet academic merit requirements

Selection Process

  • Assessment of financial need
  • Academic merit evaluation
  • Approval as per HEC guidelines

Coverage

This is a need-based scholarship as approved under HEC rules.

Endowment Fund Scholarship “MAOON”

About Maoon Scholarship

BRAINS Institute has launched its own Endowment Fund Scholarship named “Maoon”, inspired by Surah Al-Ma’oon, which emphasizes helping the needy and deserving.

Eligibility

  • Merit-based and need-based students
  • Enrolled at BRAINS Institute

Selection Procedure

  1. Scholarship announcement is made each year by BRAINS Institute
  2. Students apply through the Scholarship Department
  3. Selection is based on merit and/or test performance
  4. Final approval by the BRAINS Scholarship Committee

Coverage

This is a fully funded scholarship under the BRAINS Endowment Fund.
